I had the same problem with the 3DS and migraines until I bought it.

Of course, I'm only playing Animal Crossing and not Star Fox, but.

Was it just something you needed more time to get used to, or different movements on the screen between the two games, or...?

AC isn't as fast fast one finger on the trigger at all times SOMETHING IS COMING AT YOU FROM THE SIDE TURN!

It moves on the screen a lot slower. I still don't blast 3D though, and you have to line your eyes up correctly.
