Oh, so very with you on the first three. Even though I'm sterile, pregnancy and childbirth are really frightening concepts for me. My fear of losing my mind makes more logical sense because of how many of my close family members struggle with serious mental illnesses and how many close brushes I've had with it in the past. The fear keeps me up at night every so often, and then I start to wonder if that itself is a sign and freak myself out even more.
