I'm diabetic, and not being able to keep food down is bad news. As in hospital, drips, possible coma bad news. Because I have a phobia of IVs, I'm terrified of vomiting, because in my head vomiting = IVs. That and I have a terrible fear that it won't stop. Getting stomach bugs is a nightmare for me. If I vomit I'll often start crying and panicking; that hasn't worn off with age.
