Reboot is necessary

Bale is the dark, serious batman. That batman can't exist in a world with a man who can fly. They needed a new take on him. And Bale is associated with the other one in a way that would make people say "he's lost it" instead of giving the new interpretation a chance.

Even if he wanted in this was the right choice. I think this movie will be bad, but they got that right.
