I know people are saying "don't post your pics online" or "don't invite those people to your wedding" but to me, that's beside the point. I can understand why you'd be feeling insecure about doing it, because people just love to jump on a racism bandwagon and point fingers about whitewashing. I think your concerns are legit, anon.

However, I think you should do it anyway. Wear the dress, because you'll always regret it if you don't. You're not wearing it because you think Tiana would be better white, you'd be doing it because you love the character (and costume) irregardless of her ethnicity. Just go for it. If that is what will make you happiest when you marry, do it!
