Maybe some would, and they'd be wrong to. But the contingent of people who would be inclined to do something like that is pretty small to begin with, and if you account for the fact that most of those people will never hear about your wedding, and those who do won't necessarily make the connection, and those who do won't necessarily go to the trouble of harassing you about it, and those who do probably just want to shake someone up and don't have any interest in making good on their threats, and those who do are pretty much guaranteed to have the law and the court of public opinion side squarely against them, I really don't think this is something to worry about.
