wait, huh? I stopped reading a while ago, but has there been a lot of developments on Sakura and Naruto's relationship since then or something? Last time I was reading, it seemed like Naruto had pretty much given up his crush on Sakura (but that was like...almost two years ago I think)

Naruto had a big scene with Hinata helping him to not give up. Then his father showed up and made a comment about Sakura being his girlfriend. He says she is, Sakura hurts him and says no, and his father thinks to himself that she's like Kushina.

But that all changed when Sasuke attacked, he changed sides and now wants to become Hokage. No, really, he learned that the Uchiha loves SO MUCH more than the Senju, and that's why they become evil so easily. SO he goes "lol kay, better not let my brothers legacy be in vain. I'm Hokage'in now"

It could go either way, and each shipping side pretty much is convinced that their ship will be canon. Ie:They're all delusional
