The hate-on they have for Hinata is hilarious, though. They completely lost their shit when Hinata pulled Naruto back from the brink of giving up, and Sakura was nowhere to be found. It was glorious.

I like Hinata, but honestly, I can't stand the way her fandom makes her a total Purity Sue, while bashing Sakura at the same time. So please, note that when Hinata was making her Heroic Sacrifice.tm, Sakura was healing the wounded. I'm tired of people siccing them on each other, as if Naruto's cock was the most important thing in the whole story.

That's because in this fandom every major character has to have a (love) rival that also has a personality that is on the opposite end of the character's spectrum.

They don't even touch the rabid NaruSasu shippers. I had one shipper try and make me feel bad for saying that Naruto and Sasuke are both straight. As a bisexual male and a firm believer in the kinsey scale, I still don't believe NaruSasu can ever happen. But don't tell a shipper that.

But I'm such a hypocrite because I get dead ass serious over my slash ships.

I hear you anon. Honestly though I blame the canon for that, since the whole story is essentially all about Naruto and Sasuke and one obsessing about the other and chasing after him and then being the only person he focuses on in a crowded area even when tons of other people are around.....
