Pfft, I'm 42 and I'll talk to anybody online without knowing or caring how old they are, or hiding my own age either. Granted, teeny bopper angst and drama do wear pretty thin sometimes, and obviously if conversation or roleplay or whatever veer into decidedly adult territory I'll check ages before proceeding, but otherwise--nah, who cares?

If you haven't said or done anything inappropriate, but some twerp can't handle interacting with someone who's reached the UNFATHOMABLY ANCIENT age of 24, that's their problem.
