Well, so far there hasn't been the jealousy/bitterness/miscommunication involved yet in Scott/Allison/Isaac. Er...spoilers after, if you're planning on watching it?

All that's been established in the show is that Scott is crazy attracted to Allison (they used to date, but do no longer, due to her needing space to deal with the fall out of turning into a bit of a crazed stab happy person for about an episode and a half), Allison being crazy attracted to both Scott and Isaac, and Isaac being attracted to Allison (and coming across as attracted to Scott as well). Allison and Isaac are slowly building to hooking up, but Scott is aware and doesn't seem upset and/or bitter about it, in fact the last episode of 3a portrays him as happy that his friends are happy together.
