I love this movie so goddamn much, but I think I'm glad it doesn't have a fandom. Because for all the deserved props that I imagine for Whistler, pretty sure haters would be up in arms over some slight they imagine lives in the existence of Crease and Elizabeth.

I loved this show when it aired and even have the Queer Eye book, despite being a straight girl. I was never in fandom (if it even had one) because I've always found Real Person Fic strange and off-putting.

But now that it's on NETFLIX, I've been on a binge like crazy, and can't help but feel like they were all together at various times or combinations.

I wish people would LISTEN to me when I say I am not interested in watching something. This month I've been asked everyday to go see a movie (even after explained the plot, trailer and cast didn't catch my interest), gave up and went. Utterly bored.

Last night I was told we were hanging, no, turns out it's a big movie night to watch a movie I have declined viewing 6 times because Not Interested...but no way to back out politely with seven people watching. [Angry face emoticon] FOR FUCK'S SAKE PEOPLE I MADE IT VERY CLEAR.

I am really bitter that the three of them won't ever be in a polyamorous relationship in canon. If Jeff wanted to go there, he easily could as the show's already built up a strong foundation for it, but instead he gave us another stupid love triangle that makes no one involved look good (except Scott, but that's because he is actual sunshine in human form and he would be Out Of Character if they wrote him as an asshole). That Jeff insists on not calling it a love triangle only makes me angrier because how dumb can you be? It clearly is one by every definition ever. I know I should ever have expected this show to get something right and to do something new and unique with their relationships and it's irrational for me to be so upset about a thing that was never going to become canon, but I did and I am.

I sometimes make fun of Sterek shippers who want their ship to be canon so much that they twist facts to argue that there's canon basis for their ship and then flip out when it comes to nothing, but I really am no better than them.

This was my favorite episode of season three but I'm not sure I could re-watch it because I'm so pissed about what came afterwards.

Fanartists making characters from a work by a Japanese author more racially diverse (in a very US-centric way) rubs me the wrong way. Especially since most of the ones doing it are white.

One of my favorite fantasies is imagining how my favorite fictional characters would react to a spontaneous fisting.

I might have accidentally pulled an E.L.James. One of the protagonists of the novel I'm writing is actually a minor character from one of my fandoms with the name and species changed. I didn't realize it until I started rereading the canon the character is originally from.

My headcanon is that Luna had this mad crush on Discord but he was more interested in annoying Celestia. And this was one more jealousy to the pile that drove Luna to become Nightmare Moon. Celestia knew, and that's part of why she disliked Discord so much.
