I was gonna say, "Isn't he dead? Didn't Arya kill him, or at least watch him die, sitting under a tree?"

The Hound is still alive. He is strongly hinted (i. e. he's obvious in all but name) to be the grave digger Brienne encounters in A Feast For Crows.

I did not get that /at all/. Gonna have to reread that chapter. The one on the island with the monks, right?
