The Following. Young serial killers in a cult; two guys, one girl, pretending to be gay, living a lie... it ended badly.

Threesome - British series on Comedy Central. It's not an actual relationship, just a girl and her boyfriend hooking up with their gay best friend on a drunken night. When the girl gets pregnant, they decide that they raise the kid together.
