Man, I have work guilt that sounds a lot like that social obligation guilt. XD If someone asks me to switch a shift/take a weekend/stay late, unless I have a (to me) valid reason for saying no, I find it REALLY hard to say no, even if I don't want to or I'm just tired.

And I think sometimes I get taken advantage of for that reason, because they just think, "Oh well I know she's not going to say no if I ask her, so as long as I ask her, it's as good as done."

I need to grow a pair. XD
