Thought I was heavily resistant, but was completely staggered by it. To cut a long story short, was in A&E 4am the next day, the spray was close enough it had covered my eyes in tiny scratches and it'd actually triggered an allergic reaction. So they're pretty much unsure of how I could react to a standard dose now.
Could be no reaction, could in the most extreme cases be anaphylactic shock. Need to follow up with my GP.
Face is a mess, but on the plus side all the damage should be temporary and I've been prescribed no helmets and sunglasses for the next week. Picked out the most LAPD looking ones I could find obviously.

And thanks, feeling so much better today. Eyes have always been an area I'm queasy around. Pain I can hack, but you try putting droplets in and I'll pull away like a kid at their first shot.
So obviously I had to have saline poured into my eyes for ten minutes, twice, and every three hourly drops.

I'm okay with drops and stuff - wore contacts for years - but i think i'd be hyper-sensitive to pepper spray type stuff. Yeesh.
