I think they can both be used to describe people with the same gross behaviors, to some extent, but as far as I can tell, "neckbeard" is supposed to imply "unkempt, mouth-breathing basement-dweller," whereas "dudebro" is more "douchey frat guy."

I guess you could say the dudebro is the neckbeard's well-groomed cousin?
