I love how angry people get at things like this. "Omg what if they have an actual disorder?" Well, then I of course won't judge them.
But really, the number of people who have weird spatial/processing disorders is nothing next to the number of people who are lazy and rather have a cellphone tell them the info because it's easier.

Besides, I also find amusing that judging people is such a big deal. You see, I silently judge my friends, or may tease them lightly about the watch thing, but nothing else. It's not that I'm irrationally mad at them or something.
For what it's worth I have to check my hands to tell right from left, and I have depth perception issues due to amblyopia and I have no problem with friends lightly teasing me about taking too long to cross the street or things like that.
