The first is a comic form of "These are things I've discerned are taboo on the internet because somebody somewhere might be offended, regardless of how innocent/innocuous/inoffensive said thing is."

The second is a response from somebody who didn't get the joke and assumed the original creator was a) butthurt about being called out on something they said that was actually offensive, and/or b) blowing things way out of proportion.

Whether you actually find either funny is a matter of personal taste, but considering the disclaimer at the bottom of the original, it's pretty clear that the responder is completely oblivious to what the original is actually mocking.

I know you explained it all, so I'm quite a bit slow today, as I still don't quite get the original comic (falling flat with me, but I guess it's just generic hyperbole about SJW's?) and I was completely lost with the altered ones (?????) and I am very very confused by it all around. I think I've missed something :( or I need sleep...or coffee

I think the disclaimer is...trying too hard to be funny but I don't get it. It's more of the joke? But I'm suffering a huge case of "I don't get it" D: D: D: *beats head*
