So you're fine with the use of the phrase "fat ugly bitches" if it's just using that as shorthand for people that the speaker finds unpleasant, whether or not they actually are fat or ugly, right?

Because if it's okay when you do it, it's okay when other people do it too. And more to the point, if it's not okay when other people do it, it's not okay when you do it either.

If you want to say creeper, then SAY IT. I think more people ought to. But nasty, ill-intended body shaming is not okay. It is, one might say, really ugly.
