In your favourite show

(Anonymous) 2013-09-01 08:19 pm (UTC)(link)
Do you think you would be a main character, tertiary character, or one of the pedestrians who passes by in a random scene.

Snarky best friend with really strange luck (both for good and bad happenings).

(Anonymous) 2013-09-01 08:26 pm (UTC)(link)
Depends what genre, but I know for a fact I'd be a victim in a horror movie.

Probably a pedestrian in anything else.

ayrt

Whoops, didn't see that in your favorite show part, but seeing as I don't have one this still applies.

I'd probably be Doyle lol

Well, no, IDK. In-universe, I would love to hang out with the main protagonists, but then I have this idee fix that I shouldn't be a nuisance to people, and these two aren't exactly the friendliest characters ever. So I'd remain a secondary character, probably an overly-initiative and courageous victim/witness of one of the crimes. Then I would either be killed or would lead an interesting but sadly off-screen life.

I'd like to be a long-lost relative. But I would probably be either a tertiary character or a pedestrian passing by.

Tertiary character who wonders what happened to her chemistry teacher

Teen Wolf?

A side character, anti-hero who can get away with so much more than the hero can.

Just my luck, I'd be the out-of-nowhere romantic interest who gets fridged* and then forgotten, but the fans hated her anyway because she got in the way of a popular slash pairing.

*Probably murdered by some dull Zodiac knock-off serial killer who was just trying to send a message to the hero.

Frasier is my favorite show.
I'm also about ten or twenty five years younger than the main cast.
Unless I was an intern at KACL, I"d probably be in a bookstore background.

However, if we were talking about the Cosby Show, I'd be a random friend.

Or in The Last Airbender, someone in the Earthbending army.

Well, my favorite show is Haven, so I can pretty well bet that I'd be this week's person whose emotional problems are putting the entire town in danger. With any luck the episode would end with me getting therapy rather than dying.

Probably one of the random people who fills in at Wesley/Data/Worf's position when they're off doing plot-relevant things.

I'd probably be the pedestrian. And since I still consider Supernatural my favourite, that would be a good thing. (As long as I'd appear after the title card, otherwise I'd be screwed.)

probably a dead body

Re: In your favourite show

(Anonymous) 2013-09-01 11:16 pm (UTC)(link)
Yeah, this. I'd be the first-five-minutes person or the corpse Sam and Dean examine for weird marks at the morgue.

I have always thought of myself as a homo side character.

I'd like to be the comedy sidekick. Sure I get to be the butt of a lot of jokes, but I'd never get seriously hurt and I'd be one of the few to come out alive at the end. Plus I'd get to make jokes at the guy nobody else gets to make jokes at.

I think I'd be the victim and/or suspect of the week.

What's that quote...something like "Everyone has an interesting story to tell if you ask the right questions"

So totally some kind of slice of life show

Pedestrian who passes by in a random scene (an extra basically, I've been an extra before but not in my favourite show, I was in Ireland's top soap opera, which is a great big pile of extra stinky shit AKA Fair City (it's known as Fairly Shitty)

Well, going by Doctor Who, I'd probably be a random pedestrian since all the main characters are British/British aliens.

Quirky best friend of the heroine in a romantic comedy who gets paired with quirky/nerdy/unconventionally attractive secondary guy character at the end of the movie. I've actually thought about this a lot and that would be the role I want/ would fit into best, which is possibly my self esteem problems talking but also probably me just not wanting any part of the boringness of the lead couple in romances.

Let's see... in The Wire, I would love to be Kima Greggs, but I think I would be Ziggy's duck.
