See this has just tickled me pink because I got all the way down the comments and never once thought of queens as female-monarchs. I just thought of queens as in queans you know: zooshing our riah, bijou feely omes, keeping our ogles peeled for Betty Bracelets etc etc.

I'm kind of sad now. I'd rather have had fandom queans. That'd be fun (or, bona anyway).
