I'm guessing SPN and Lettie. I still think her art is cute, but it's definitely very stylized, much more than it used to be, and she does draw a lot of stuff that is.. out there. I used to follow her when she was just starting out on LJ and I liked her style back then a lot more than I do her current one.

Someone did a photoshop of one of the guys (think it might have been Sam) stretching his anus open whilst bees flew out of it

No, it was Dean! (Dean is the only one who gets the assbees.) It sticks out in my mind because, well. Assbees. But also because the artist was known for their manips of Sam having very large and painful looking things shoved up his butt and very rarely did Dean at all.
