Eh. Sort of, but not really. Yes, the quotes are from Adrian, but what they say about FRANZISKA is rather illuminating, IMO. Both quotes give the impression that Franziska reaches out to Adrian in a way she doesn't do anybody else. Not saying that this automatically makes it a TWOO WUB romance, or even that there's romantic feelings there at all... but the two are shown to have at least a bond.

And honestly, it's a lot more plausible than any other ship featuring Franziska, IMO.
