Secret 5 - MTV VMAs 2013, Miley Cyrus, Bloom County

[Picture is the musician Miley Cyrus from the most recent MTV Video Music Awards live presentation. She is wearing a small silver dress with strange pink circular decoration over her breasts, her hair done up in two rolls over her head and she is clinging to some furry pillar with a leg and an arm as she pokes her tongue out at the public. Next to her is Bill the Cat from the comic strip "Bloom County". It is an orange cat standing upright like a person, making a peace sign with a front paw and wearing light gray and blue tennis shoes. It is standing on a doorway making the onomatopeias "Ackth Oop" and "Blech".]

Ever since the VMAs I cannot unsee the resemblance and now Bloom County is ruined forever.

Her "dress" is a leotard with a cartoon teddy bear printed on the front. The strange pink circular decorations on her breasts are supposed to be the insides of the "bear's" ears. The furry pillar is an enormous teddy bear prop that she's standing inside of, around where the stomach would be.

And I hate that I know all of this.

Does anyone else feel bad for Liam Hemsworth? I know Thicke's wife was totally okay with it, she spoke about it, but Hemsworth seems like such a laid-back, calm and reserved kind of guy and his girlfriend (or fiancée I guess) was making a fool of herself, not even passing it off as artistic, and rubbing her ass on some married dude's crotch and rubbing herself with a foam finger in front of millions... I have a high enough tolerance for second-hand embarrassment but that would make me squirm if I was him.

I read somewhere in one of those gossip mags (one in Australia) he dumped her via text 10 mins later. As it was in a gossip mag I can't valge for the truthfulness of it but yeah, I don't blame him if it's true. (I know breaking up with someone via text is shitty but I can also see where he's coming from.)
