Dude at work doesn't brush his teeth (enough?). It's very hard to face him when he's talking because I don't want to smell/breath it in

If he eats a lot of garlic and onions (or other things with strong taste), he could have bad breath even after brushing his teeth

Why am I defending him I don't even like his work

Blood does tend to leave this gross smell. It lingers even after mouthwash.

Eh. sometimes you just have to deal. There's a girl at work who stinks of old milk (like can smell it down the hall stinks, know when she's coming stinks) and we just have to deal with it and try to avoid her.

My sympathies, I can relate.

I worked in a comics shop years ago, and one of the regulars smelled so horrible he would literally drive other customers out of the shop (from the other end of the place yet.) It got so bad one of my co-workers finally called him over one day and said, "Man, what's with the aroma? You smell like two skunks fucking in an onion patch!"
