Kissing with bloody lips (from biting, lip splitting, blood drinking etc.). It's everywhere. I even wrote it myself once, and that's when I started noticing it. It felt like THE BEST idea at the time, but now I feel like it's the low point of the fic. 8/

In a similar vein (hah):
The fact that teeth seem to break skin so very easily in fic. Seriously. At least with normal human teeth, you will need to do a very, very intense amount of clamping you jaws shut to actually draw blood. It's not as easy as you think.
