Is there a way to download the albums you've already purchased? I can see them in my account and I can play the music, but it looks like I'll have to pay again to get to the download link.

no idea, but you can contact the artists and present them with proof that you paid

I'm not really sure if they can personally give me a new download, though. I'm sure they're super busy.

I've done it, but it was a few years ago so I don't remember too well. I think I had to dig up the emails in which I was sent the download link, and just click it again. There is a hard limit on downloads - 3, maybe?
