I posted a thread the other day about how sexualizing children is bad. Someone said something along the lines of "I can't take anons seriously" so I thought "Fuck it, I'll stand by this comment" and revealed my name. Noodledick has been trolling me since.

How would you feel if you expressed what you thought of as a commons sense opinion, and someone kept calling you a SJW for it? I went out on a limb and stood by my opinion, and this prick is using that to continuously insult me. My options are shutting up and living with it, leaving the community, or respond.

How would I feel if I kept getting trolled? Probably annoyed, but I would know better than to respond. Here is a secret: Noodle doesn't care about your opinion either way, he just thinks it's funny to watch you rise to the bait every single time he drops your name. Watching you repeatedly fail to know better is entertaining to him (and me too, I gotta say).

-continue to respond by name
-stop responding by name

If you had taken the second one it would be over by now, only occasionally referred to in future. But you've kept it going, and now it will be harder to stop. If you feel like you need to leave for a while to help that along, so be it. You do sound like you could use a break from the internet.
