He needs to get arrested and get real jail time just so that it fucking sinks in. He's like this because his mom has played the "but hez speshul" card everytime he's done something wrong his entire life, whether it was "autism" related or not. He's never learned limits and he never learned appropriate behavior. He is now in the place where the only things that are going to teach him boundaries and limits are the other cons in a real jail and he is going to need to be there a year or two to make it all stick. He's a cautionary tale to autie-parents that autie kids need harsher boundaries growing up than regular kids, not softer ones.
