These are my three current favorites:

Homestuck High - this is a troll fic, or maaaybe a really badly written fic by someone who has no idea what they're doing, but I prefer the former assessment.

HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH - you may have already seen this; it's a pretty well-known Harry Potter fic, but it's just...I can't. I love it. I believe it was deliberately written to be this way.

Nudist Denouncing a Spoon While Evolving - this is a hilarious fic that was obviously done on purpose. It's not a troll fic - it's more like the modern art version of fanfic. It's just random. This is from Yu-Gi-Oh!.
