Hide in a corner and wait for stuff to blow over. It's tough, because the wolves have a tendency to blow the house down over your head while you're hiding, but at least one doesn't have a house to worry about after it's over.

Then it still takes time before you one day, lo-and-behold, finally notice that it's spring and the sun is shining. The world is still fucked up, but the tiny green leaves outside are nice and benign and the world can kindly go fuck itself anyway. And, very slowly, you find that many pieces are still salvageable and you can go on, just limping a little.
