I believe it's an inflatable pig, along the lines of the one floating above Battersea Power Station on the cover of Pink Floyd's 1977 album "Animals".

Previous anon is correct about it being an inflatable pig and that it's from the Animals album. The style of the text is copied from the album The Wall and the marching hammers in the circle are from The Wall, too.

Also the truncated quote: "You better run" is from the classic The Wall album. (I can't say or read that without hearing the scream of the original in my head. Great stuff.)

The clamshell is the logo of Shell oil (or, rather, a variation thereof - the inside is gold in the actual logo).
