Load your ipod with music that makes you feel happy/relaxed, and go on an hour long walk. If you don't want to do that, take a relaxing bath. Afterwards, make yourself a comforting warm drink and read/watch/listen/play something that makes you feel happy. Make a coffee date with a friend/relative you can talk to, and look forward to it.

When you see them, tell them you're having a rough time/ ask for their advice about your situation. It will feel better knowing someone else knows, and they might be able to help. If you don't feel comfortable talking to a friend, go to a counselling service - if you're a student you can go to your school's, but if not have a google around - there are often places you can go, free.

After this, write a list about things you're going to (realistically) do to improve your situation, e.g. applying for x number of jobs a day, start an exercise routine (great for physical and mental health), start a daily routine to combat procrastination, join a club to socialise more regularly, see a med/psych professional regularly, apply for benefits, etc. If you feel overwhelmed, have your friend of counsellor help you write this list. Take things one thing at a time.

If the last two paragraphs don't apply, repeat paragraph one as necessary. Hope you fee better soon, OP :)
