I don't like all of them and a couple I haven't seen, but I usually like his movies. Dodgeball is awesome and is one of my favorite movies.

Dodgeball is one of the most unexpected movies I've ever fallen in love with. On paper it's not remotely the kind of thing I'd expect to like, but in practice it's an utter gem.

God, I love that movie. I think the only part I really didn't like is that they went for the obvious "she plays softball, so she is clearly a lesbian!" joke and played it for laughs when it turned out she was bisexual (and I guess she was....cheating on her suddenly revealed girlfriend with vince vaugn's character or something? I can't remember exactly). Still, I watched the hell out of that movie. I even liked the original ending where they lost the tournament as well. It didn't do well with test audiences, unsurprisingly, so they changed it

It wasn't considered cheating because the writers confused bisexuality with polygamy.

I liked the movie too but had the same issues you did.
