And I really like that they went with scary angels. They aren't supposed to be nice and human in the first place! They're god's buddy demons!

I like that too. I mean, I knew something was up with Homestuck's angels when Lord English was implied to be considered one, but it still was a pleasant surprise!

No wonder Eridan just attacked them on sight. I think I would have done the same.

Oh my god, I am now imagining that Eridan was killing former Hope players who hit that final transformation and were either in a null session or somehow didn't get taken along to the Ultimate Reward, and instead the game keeps recycling them as consorts somehow...

I like that. I keep waiting for a revelation that Sburb/Sgrub/Skaia has always been malevolent and self-serving, and it would make sense if the Hope players realize this Ultimate Riddle if they finish their personal journey.
