Unfortunately, I don't even trust her with that. If she's bad at het romance, I am inclined to suspect she would be bad at gay romance too.

And I wouldn't want her to destroy my ship (I ship Harry/Voldemort).

Right, she'd do a terrible job at woobifying Draco and ~~~Tom~~~ and doing the hatefuck-to-love stuff with them and OOC Harry, which is so vastly superior and romantic in fanfics. JKR couldn't write romance, if only you could have written the books and shown everyone to appreciate the love between a 50 year old sociopath and the teenager whose parents said sociopath killed.

I have no problem admitting that fanfiction frequent does things badly too, but I am not going to deify JKR just because she wrote the canon material.

And the fun of fanfics about a 60*-year-old sociopath and a teenager whose parents he killed is seeing how the writer deals with those issues.

* Tom Riddle was a teen during WW2. He's at least in his late 60s to early 70s by Harry's time!

Neither am I going to deify JKR too, but I'm not going to bash her or hope her family dies just because she wrote pairings I don't like.

Oh, my mistake, a 60-year-old sociopath slapping his saggy balls against OOC Harry's bleeding ass as he cries is better writing and more romantic than the canon pairs. Doesn't sound like fun reading to me, it sounds as creepy as your icon looks.

I said I found the romances she wrote in HP unbelievable, which makes me unwilling (without further proof) to trust her skill at writing romance. Somehow that equates to bashing her and hoping her family die?

And usually Voldemort gets a makeover so he doesn't have saggy balls. How OOC Harry is, and how much his ass bleeds depends on a fic-by-fic case. It also is prone to dictate how fast I close the tab too.

And my icon? Orin is insane. Insane sims can somethings get into an argument with themselves, which ends up with them trying to choke themselves.

Marked as His Equal (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/9282564/1/Marked-as-His-Equal) (Completed) and
Magic Numbers (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/9604812/1/Magic-Numbers) (WIP, updating regularly) are very good.

Athey (http://www.fanfiction.net/u/2328854/Athey) has some good stories, but seems to have a propensity for discontinuing fics.

Both are good examples of Harry going Dark and falling in love with Voldemort (no rape as the troll was implying).

Surrender (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/7241394/1/Surrender) is not bad, but I don't consider it great fanfic, and it veers a little into woobifying.
