Had a job interview and it went great. but I am unsure if I want the job. I am applying to teach abroad next February/March and I don't want to leave this job (it is as a teacher's aide) in the middle of the second semester.

So I don't know which would be worse, not accepting the job I interviewed for and expressed interest in OR leaving mid semester. It is doubly concerning because there is a change that I won't get a job overseas (though unlikely because I am certified and thus more qualified than most applicants). :C

I'd say go for that job anon, it's valuable experience, some money and a backup in case your other plans fall through

Accept the job if it's offered, but warn them before the second semester starts if it looks like your plans are coming to fruition. That way they can hire someone else and you can train them for a bit, and then you can go.

don't forget the Yahoo! comments section.

This. Also, when you accept the job let them know you may have some plans coming up in the second semester, so you won't be completely blindsiding them if you do end up leaving.
