It's homophobic because it's constantly trying to establish who the 'girl' is in a gay male relationship, which excludes a lot of potential dynamics in gay relationships. It's just the next xerox generation of uke/seme top/bottom heteronormative bullshit. Nothing is new or creative about it.

Also, I could count the number of femslash A/B/O fics on one hand.

The homophobia also ties into the rape legitimization, being forced into a submissive sex position and liking it or "needing" to be put in it. Or worse, suddenly "needing" to go out and place someone in that position. Its just horrific.
