Transcripts!
Secret 1 - Pitch Perfect
When I first watched Pitch Perfect, I loved the Cups scene. Then I saw this version. Now when I hear Anna Kendrick's version come on the radio, I cringe. In comparison she doesn't do the song justice; her timing and pitch (hah!) aren't as good as these folk's. She's not... bad exactly, she's just not as good.
I wish they could remake Pitch Perfect and have one (or all, for weirdness) of these four playing the lead.
Secret 2 - Sailor Moon
I suspect that people who ship these two are people who have never had a best friend during childhood.
Secret 3 - Taken (2008 movie)
I support A21 (an organization to free people from human trafficking) - not a secret.
I imagine him being the guy who actually goes and frees the trafficking victims - gun and all. Go, Liam!
Secret 4 - Hetalia
I never plan to give this series or its fandom a chance. At first, I didn't understand why Russia sucked. This is RUSSIA not some sweet, innocent woobie. If one were to personify Russia, I'd imagine a big, burly, tough and serious dude. In fact, most of the countries are a bunch of hairless twenty-something babies. And white. They're all woobified stereotypical parodies. Appealing to the lowest common denominator of fandom, probably.
The whole premise is garbage. The art design is even worse. Everyone looks exactly the same. Sameface. Every. Single. Character. What the hell?
Secret because: My issue with Russia is probably the dealbreaker for me. And the ugly art.
Secret 5 - Jedward, The Hobbit
I'd like to see them play twin elf princelings in The Hobbit. I seriously think this would work as long as they didn't have any actual lines. Just look at them!
Secret 6 - Zoolander
I think this is the sexiest sex scene in any movie.
Secret because: What the fuck, self? It's a comedic orgy played for laughs.
Secret 7 - X-Files
I love the rumors that they've been having a secret affair for years. It brings back so many memories about this ship.
Secret 8 - Amanda Palmer and Paula Deen
I cringe whenever people on Fandom Secrets say: "People make such a big deal about hating her that I'm becoming a fan." ...Because they tend to say it about Amanda Palmer but not about Paula Deen. They both said and did dumb things. Why is it so "edgy" to like one (sometimes just to be contrary) but not the other?
Secret 9 - Once Upon a Time
I've never had a fic as well received as my most recent one in a new fandom. The numbers of kudos, comments and hits is insane (to me). I feel so special.
Secret because: Big fandom is just big and active and the pairing is popular.
Secret 10 - Shingeki no Kyojin, Attack on Titan
I don't get what's so fucking great about him. He's a magnificent bastard? Whoop-de-flippin-ding.
It's like some weird Pavlovian response - media's paired "hot" with "asshole" long enough that all people need is a character to be an asshole for them to think he's hot.
It's the only logical explanation, because this dude is down-right funny-looking.
