Oh no. Someone asks him about RPS and he says he's not into reading it, and that it has nothing to do with his life. Everyone panic now, he's biting the hands of a fandom older than he is!

(I should probably label that sarcasm, because it's more and more difficult to distinguish snark about tinhatters from complaints by tinhatters.)

the original comment came off as smug and I know this one is probably in part damage control, but seriously the ONTD replies - 'omg this is worse than the original comment!!' makes me laugh so hard. b u t t h u r t

so a celebrity comes off sounding like an asshole, guess what they're human too...

And on the grand scale of things, that's a pretty mild reason to hate a celebrity. It's not like he's a rape apologist or an abusive ass. He just doesn't see the point of fanfiction. OH NOEZ!

Can someone explain to me what's so bad about these posts? While some of the comments of stupid and show really entitled fans, overall I don't think these reactions are horrible.

the funny thing is reading all these people who are offended that he said K/S are just friends. For some reason he's not allowed to say that or if he does he clearly has no idea about what star trek is. Reminds me when he said that Spock is not gay.

and you know he's talking about the script he's given and the part he's playing not your interpretation of it.
