Pic a character from a work, and then describe that work from that characters perspective. people then have to guess the character and the work.

My adopted brother thinks he's such hot shit, just because he's going to become the boss when dad dies. Well I have my own ideas. Everyone will be much better off when I'm in charge. I deserve this more than he does.

so I have people now, which is weird, because I'm not normal, but then they're kinda not normal too. And having to think so much about what's 'right' gives me a headache and feeling feelings is really uncomfortable, but overall it's still fun because they let me steal all kinds of fun stuff.

Oh, I should mention, the game will work better if you don't pic the main character.

Try this for a deep, dark secret. That great detective? He doesn't exist. I invented him. It's like this: I always loved excitement, so I studied, and apprenticed, and put my name on an office. But absolutely no one came knocking down my door, a female private investigator seemed too...feminine. So, I invented a superior: a decidedly masculine superior. Suddenly there were cases around the block. It was working like a charm! But then...HE walked in. With his blue eyes and mysterious past, and before I knew it he'd taken on the role of that fictional detective! Now I do the work, and he takes the bows. It's a dangerous way to make a living, but as long as people keep buying it, I can get the job done.

We never mix business and pleasure. Well...almost never. I don't even know his real name!

Reasonable enough as far as biographies go. The author manages to avoid the messy partisan politics to deal fairly with my husband. The author's unique Earth-based perspective probably is a help in avoiding the worst bias. She takes a bit too much lurid glee in my (apparently infamous) "shopping trip," and I'm mostly resigned to the fact that my sons have charmed away both her attention and book contracts.

I went time-traveling in London looking for my great grandfather, but all I found was myself.

I do my job diligently in all kinds of harsh conditions and dangerous situations and do get recognition and praise for it too. Yet nobody gives a damn about what they wreck when they are going about their own jobs, at least not until we have a final countdown (which we do regularly). There's only one who really understands me and it's not even a person. But I try to keep my good mood anyway and mostly manages too.

They say the world is ending but I find I can't focus on any of that. Instead all I can think about is proving to my fiancé that I love her. I refuse to ruin our wedding vows. My curse doesn't scare me. I know she loves me. Now all I need is some help retrieving my proposal heirloom from that wretched thief before the festival. Once that's done I know we will be happy with whatever time that's left to us because we'll be together.

Everyone knows about enforcement agents. I mean, I work the front desk, so I usually see them all done up in their suits, but even when they look like office workers you can just tell, you know? Like the suits are weapons just as much as the Walther P38s holstered underneath. Even my favorite agent, and his less popular but equally attractive partner--both of them shorter than I usually like, mind--for all his bright flirting every time he comes through, more often than not he's already mentally on the mission. Flirting is all well and good, but I could never date an enforcement agent. (although that agent and his partner...well, it's all rumor anyway.)

No matter where I go - no matter what I do. It doesn't matter. They find me. It. ALWAYS. HAPPENS. I can't escape it. ...........I just wanted to vend the fruits of my labors......... ;________________;
