What other harmless and not-physically-demanding hobbies have age limits, pray do tell? Is there an age after which people should be "wise enough" not to go to football games anymore?

Nobody should ever go to football games to begin with. It's a barbaric, exploitative, massively overhyped "sport" that glorifies violence and encourages bad male behavior in general, and it should've been outlawed ages ago. /bitter nerd rant

(But fandom should not have an age limit.)

I'm no fan of football either, and there are a lot of problems with the prestige that sports are granted in this country, but being a football fan is seen as a much more "normal" and "socially acceptable" hobby, hence the comparison.

(But yeah, nobody is "too old" for fandom. WTF.)

Hahah, first off: I hate football and sports fandoms.
Secondly, I never said fandom had an age restriction. That's all in your head. But thanks for the laugh ;)
