Good things thread!

Today, after 17,530 words and about an hour before I had to go to work, I finished a fic I love but have been fighting with for seven months! Whee!

Going to give it a re-through/quick edit tonight and go beta-hunting tomorrow! (Anyone want to beta porny Ryan/Esposito "Castle" fic set at the beginning of season 5, when tensions between them were at an all time high?)

Oh that's awesome! I've never seen that show but I met one of the writers once. He had really good advice for people wanting to go into the tv/film industry.
My good news is I have had a bunch of random inspiration for new characters and stories recently. It's a bit baffling, but very exciting.

Wow, congrats! That's a nice accomplishment and I bet you feel relieved to be done with it.

The only thing I have worth acknowledging is my new(ish) phone. Had to order a replacement but it was free so I'm happy about that.

I am having a low-level bad day and lack good news. I'm going to try to force myself to art later to see if I can at least get something accomplished.
