I know what you mean. "Everyone is beautiful" feels as trite as "everyone is special" to me. Things like Baby Got Back feels like genuine attraction and desire for as opposed to appreciating things because we need to make people feel better. Like OP said I don't need straight women who will never date or feel attracted to me to insist that I am beautiful. It doesn't mean anything.
