Not sure if you are trolling or not...
Safe-Spaces are MEANT to be places where, say, there won't be rape jokes and anything with rape in it will come with a trigger warnings so that someone recovering from rape can let their guard down and relax a bit (as opposed to the real world where rape culture is so normalized that you have to have your defenses up at all time because you never know where it's going to come from - i.e. Robin Thicke's hit sounds like a catchy tune, right up until you actually listen to the lyrics and realize what it implies).
The idea is that it's supposed to be a place to relax in short periods to let your get yourself together to face the real world. Unfortunately, a lot of people have taken to holing up inside these safe spaces explicitly to avoid the real world, which is creating its own set of problems.
