AYRT fair enough. I don't really watch movies (or even much TV) anymore, so I can't throw stones. Most of the adult fare these days is too immature for me personally, so. At least the kid/teen movies are supposed to be immature, so that's not so bad? IDK.

That said, I was of the age where I could have had wacky adventures with the characters, when I saw the movie. So. I'm wondering, like some of the other commenters, if it has held up.

AYRT

I will agree on the immaturity of a lot of adult fare nowadays. Or, I'm not sure immaturity is quite the word, but the obsession with hyper-angst and drama? But most teen TV I've seen is the same or worse, so there's that. And the 'teen romance', 'teen comedy' and 'teen drama' categories are, um, not my favourite.

I think most of the younger cast shows/films I love are genre. Sci-fi, fantasy or adventure. Most of them have kids, though, rather than teens.

Wacky adventures are good, though. Hmm. Maybe I ought to try this one.
