Re: Did anyone do a Terry Fox run today?

Terry Fox had bone cancer in his right leg, which was amputated just above the knee. To raise awareness and money, he began a campaign to run across Canada, sponsored by the Canadian Cancer Society. He died before he could finish, though, as the cancer had already metastasized and spread to his lungs.

Runs are held every year around the time he died in his honor and to raise money for research.
