Yes, THIS, OP. I was in a similar situation for a whilw, & i cannot emphasise enough to talk to someone no matter how hard it seems. Unfortunately fandom, as much as we might want it to, can't and won't fulfil all our social and emotional needs.

Please, please talk to someone IRL. Call a helpline service if you have to. Hang in there, and I'm sorry you're going through this. Be brave - you can seek help.
