I felt this way when I got my bar results. It's a pretty jolting confrontation with incipient adulthood, plus the conflicting adrenaline rush of having accomplished something you must have been working hard for for a long time.

Take a deep breath and let yourself enjoy the thrill of having succeeded. Yes, there's a lot of scary stuff around the corner, but all of that you're simply going to have to take one step at a time. Don't let that take away from your well-earned happiness. You can think through the rest a little later- and possibly discover that a lot of the grit and determination that got you through your thesis with top marks can be refocused towards getting you through the tough times as you work toward whatever your next goal is.

And congratulations, btw!
