(Anonymous) 2013-09-17 09:22 am (UTC)(link)In animation they have a concept called "casting for contrast" - your characters should be easy to recognize in a lineup (and in the case of cartoons, by silhouette only). They should be different enough from the other cast members that there's no mistaking them. Wish more live action shows adhered to it.
